Mustapha is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning audit compliance, project management, and corporate financial control. He began his career auditing small, medium, and large enterprises across various industries to ensure strict compliance with federal tax laws and regulations for the United States government.Transitioning into high-impact leadership roles in The Gambia, Mustapha successfully managed the implementation of the country's first Biometric ID Card System (GAMBIS). He later served as the Finance and Control Manager for Gambia Bird Airlines.Currently, Mustapha dedicates his expertise to mentoring Gambian youth both locally and across the diaspora. He also provides strategic advisory and consulting services to diaspora-based and foreign investors looking to navigate the Gambian market, while remaining deeply engaged in local community development initiatives.
