Bookings collect your name, email, telephone number and ticket choices. Participation applications collect contact details, category, country, experience and any portfolio information you provide. Contact messages collect your name, email, topic and message. These details are available to authorized summit staff for administration and replies.

Application references provide a private status link. Keep your link confidential. Approved applications are not automatically published as participant profiles. Staff create or publish profiles separately.

Website analytics store daily counts by public page, device category and referring domain. They do not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, query strings or tracking cookies. Page views are not a count of unique people.

Functional cookies support staff sign-in and form security. The light/dark preference is stored locally in your browser. Email notifications use the configured email provider when deployed.
